Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BibleWrite ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the BibleWrite platform — including the Bible reader, AI study tools, community feed, podcast features, trivia games, Visual Books, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Platform Description

BibleWrite is a free, ad-free digital platform for Bible study and Christian community. The Platform includes, but is not limited to:

• Scripture Reader with multiple translations, notes, highlights, and bookmarks.
• AI-powered study tools including chapter summaries, verse explainer, deep search, and Faith Chat.
• AI Podcast Studio for generating and listening to audio series on biblical topics.
• Visual Books — cinematic storybook experiences with AI art and professional narration.
• Interactive Trivia Games: Word Connect, Memory Match, Drill Master, and ACE Points system.
• Community Feed with public posts, likes, comments, follows, and church connections.
• Daily Devotionals (Daily Bread), Verse of the Day, and Reading Plans.
• Chronicles blog with audio read-along and engagement features.
• Christian World News with daily curated stories and AI-powered insights.

User Accounts

Some platform features require account registration. By creating an account, you represent that:

• All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your information and update it promptly.
• You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Content & Community Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you create (notes, posts, comments). By posting publicly, you grant BibleWrite a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform. You agree not to:

• Post content that is harassing, hateful, violent, obscene, or defamatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Platform for spam, commercial solicitation, or automated data collection.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise Platform security.
• Share copyrighted material without appropriate rights or attribution.
• Use AI-generated study content to create derivative works for commercial sale.

Intellectual Property

The Platform's source code, design, branding, logos, UI elements, and original content are owned by or licensed to BibleWrite and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible text remains in the public domain or is used under applicable license agreements with publishers. AI-generated content (summaries, podcasts, insights) is provided for personal study and is not warranted for theological accuracy.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

BibleWrite uses artificial intelligence to provide study aids, chapter summaries, podcast content, news insights, and the Faith Chat assistant. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

• Should not be treated as authoritative theological guidance.
• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations.
• Is intended as a supplementary study aid — not a replacement for scripture, pastoral guidance, or personal prayer.
• Is generated dynamically and may vary between sessions.

Free Service & Availability

BibleWrite is provided free of charge with no paywalls or advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss during outages, or feature changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

BibleWrite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BibleWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, spiritual distress from content, or reliance on AI-generated interpretations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
