📖 Reading & Notes
What Bible versions are available?
Currently, we offer the NLT, NIV, and King James Version (KJV). We plan to add more versions in the future based on availability and user requests.
How are my notes and highlights saved?
Your notes and highlights are securely saved to your account in our database. You can access them from any device when you log in.
What happens when I make a note public?
When you make a note public, its content (title, text, associated verse if any) becomes visible to other users on the "Publics" page. Your username will be displayed alongside your note. Your private notes remain private unless you explicitly make them public.
Why was my note blocked from being made public?
To maintain a safe and respectful community, we use an AI moderation system to check notes before they are made public. If your note contains content that violates our community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, harassment, explicit content), it will be blocked from public view. Please review our Terms of Service for more details.
✨ AI Features
How does the AI Summary feature work?
When you select text and click the sparkles icon (✨), the selected passage is sent to an advanced AI model (like OpenAI's GPT). The AI analyzes the text and generates a concise theological summary, which is then saved as a note attached to that verse for your reference.
Is the AI always theologically correct?
The AI provides summaries based on its training data. While generally helpful for understanding context and themes, it's not infallible. Always compare AI insights with your own study of the scriptures and consult trusted theological resources. The AI summary is a tool to aid study, not replace it.
